3-Year Limited Structural Warranty

We offer a three-year limited structural warranty on all aluminum components and fasteners. This  guarantees that the structural integrity of your aluminum screens, frames, and fasteners will remain intact for a full three years from the date of installation. Should any defects arise within this period due to materials or manufacturing, we will repair or replace the affected components at no additional cost to you.

For example, this can cover: 
- Aluminum frame components
- Aluminum screen doors and panels
- Fasteners used during the installation process

Please note that this does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or acts of nature such as severe weather, flooding, or natural disasters.

1-Year Workmanship Warranty

At Lafferty Aluminum & Screening, we take pride in the quality of our installation services. Our 1-year workmanship warranty covers any errors made during installation.

This can include instances like: 
- Leaks in the screen panels or frames
- Gutters not sealing properly
- Install errors that affect the overall integrity or functionality of your enclosure or shutters.

If you experience any issues resulting from installation errors within the first year, we will promptly address the problem and make necessary repairs at no cost to you. This warranty gives you the assurance that our team is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship. If the installation does not meet our high standards, we’ll make it right.

Warranty Exclusions

While our warranties cover the materials and workmanship outlined above, they do not include:

- Damage due to extreme weather conditions (e.g., hurricanes, storms, flooding)Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or misuse
- Cosmetic issues like discoloration, fading, or damage caused by chemicals or abrasive cleaners

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience any issues covered by our warranties, please follow these steps to file a claim:

- Provide your warranty information, including the installation date and a brief description of the problem.
