Our Warranty Coverage
At Lafferty Aluminum & Screening, we stand behind the quality of our materials and workmanship to ensure your investment is protected.
3-Year Limited Structural Warranty
Covers aluminum frames, screen components, and installation fasteners against material or manufacturing defects for three years from the installation date. Defective components will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
1-Year Workmanship Warranty
Covers installation-related issues such as leaks, sealing problems, or installation errors affecting performance. If an issue arises within the first year, we will correct it promptly at no charge.
Warranty Exclusions
Does not cover damage caused by severe weather, misuse, improper maintenance, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues such as fading or discoloration.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Call (321) 652-1078 or email info@laffertyfl.com with your installation date and a description of the issue. Our team will inspect and schedule repairs if covered.
Core Product Warranties
Many of the products we install include manufacturer-backed warranties in addition to our structural and workmanship coverage. These warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and detail specific terms, coverage periods, registration requirements, and claim procedures. Please complete and submit your product warranty registrations at the time of installation using the warranty card provided by Lafferty to ensure your coverage is properly activated. Please note that Lafferty is not responsible for registering, activating, or managing manufacturer-specific warranties.
